What to write to us about
Most letters we get fall into a few kinds, and all of them are welcome. Ask for a design: if you are looking for a particular laser cut SVG file — a shape, a season, a room — tell us, and if it exists among the free files we cover, we will point you to it. Report a problem: a broken link, a file that does not open, a design that turned out different from the photo. We check every report and fix or remove the entry.
Suggest a collection: we group free laser cut SVG files by theme — Halloween, autumn, cats, lanterns and night lights, kitchen decor, earrings, boxes and games. If a theme is missing and you would cut from it, that is exactly the kind of message that decides what we do next.
Work together: if you design cut files, run a laser shop or write about making things, write to us about a collaboration. We link to makers whose files we cover, and we are happy to look at yours.
How fast we answer
Usually within one or two working days. If your message is about a specific design, include the link to the page it is on — that saves a round of questions and gets you an answer in the first reply. We read everything, and we do not pass your address to anyone.
Before you write about a file
One thing saves everybody time. The free laser cut SVG files we cover are hosted by their makers, not by us, so the download itself happens on their side. If a link asks for something unexpected or the archive looks wrong, send us the page address from this site — we will check the entry, contact the maker if needed, and update or pull it.
